Our Elected 2016 – 2017 Board of Directors are:
Stacie Chamberlin – President, Ottawa Chapter
My love affair with creative arts and design began when I was very young and I have been able to nurture this love throughout my life with an eclectic program of self -study and formal training. I have been a student of interior design and most recently, home staging. Home staging has turned out to be my ideal profession, challenging not only my creativity but also my communication skills. I feel such a huge sense of satisfaction not only after completing a staging property but during the whole process
My goal as a Certified Staging Professional™ is to help homeowners sell their property quickly and for the most money.I do that by highlighting the home’s best features ,this might include a good cleaning, editing the contents of rooms and storage spaces, creating comfortable flow patterns, life-style selling and much more. Most homeowners are more than willing to invest a little time and money to ensure that they are able to realize the highest return on their investment.
Home staging excites me and I love sharing that excitement with people.
Our vice president, Katherine Wilson

Nicole Schenk, a multi-talented interior stylist, is known for the exceptional and extensive customer service she provides successful professionals in the Ottawa metropolitan area.
She helps clients in Barrhaven, Kanata, Manotick, Orleans, Gatineau and other area communities stage their homes so they can sell them more quickly, for more money. She trains them on how they can achieve maximum results by applying such strategies as updating the colors in their home, de-cluttering, and changing floor layouts.
“I educate sellers and realtors alike that staging is a necessity, not a luxury, and that small steps can increase the selling price by 15,000 or more,” she points out. “I tell clients that if they don’t stage their home, it helps the neighbors sell their homes.”
Nicole is known for her tenacity, creativity, attention to detail and her innate ability to recognize the potential for interior space. She is a gifted interior consultant and color expert who helps clients overcome their most pressing challenges in preparing their homes for resale. Her substantial decorating expertise, her lifelong “passion for all things design,” and her extensive study of fashion design enable her to advise others on how best to enhance their interiors.
Nicole’s clients benefit from the organization, time management, people skills, attention to detail and other insights she gained during her earlier career working in management and visual merchandising for leading Ottawa-area retailers. That career taught her how those outlets can maximize profits by creating an “eye catching” in-store experience.
Nicole, who also gained invaluable experience running a highly successful home-based business, earned a BA at the University of Ottawa. She is an avid learner who keeps current on industry trends by continuing to take classes on home stylizing. She is also a member of RESA and serves on the board of the local RESA Ottawa Chapter.
For the past 35 years I’ve held various administrative positions such as admin assistant, project manager, fundraising coordinator and most recently as a part time receptionist at a physiotherapy clinic. When the physiotherapy clinic I was working at closed, I decided that it was high time I take my long time passion for home decor and turn it into a career! So I combined my strong coordinating, planning, and interpersonal skills, along with my high attention to detail, my desire to help people and my love of home decor and trained to be a Real Estate Stager. I received my certification with Canadian Staging Staging Professionals in May 2016, and opened up Staged With Style Home Staging in September 2016.
I truly want to help people sell their houses by creating warm, inviting spaces that appeal to all potential buyers so that they can get their houses sold as soon as possible for the most amount of money possible, and let them move on to the next chapter of their lives.
